Welcome to Bloomcrate. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. What we sell
Bloomcrate sells digital in-game items for Roblox games, delivered to the Roblox account you provide. All items are virtual and have no real-world monetary value outside of the game.
2. Not affiliated with Roblox
Bloomcrate is an independent seller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Roblox Corporation or any game developer. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Age and parental consent
If you are under the age of 18, you may only make purchases with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. By purchasing, you confirm that you have such permission if required.
4. Providing your username
You are responsible for entering the correct Roblox username at checkout. We deliver to the username you provide, and we may be unable to recover items sent to an incorrect account.
5. Delivery
Most orders are delivered within minutes. During busy periods, delivery may take up to 24 hours. Delivery is made to your in-game mailbox.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect, see, or store your card or payment details.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to defraud us, initiate false chargebacks, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
